Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for following the instructions tendered by the project manager. He will assist from start to finish of the project to meet all compliances with the deadlines, the material list, the labor allowance and supervise the actions of site employees and their safety etc. He uses his strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that he completes his manual work, keeps active on-site as well as manage the site.

Project Coordinator

The project coordinators, under the supervision of the construction Manager, are responsible for overseeing every step of the project from start to finish. The project coordinators act as an intermediary between the field workers, site foreman and the management office to ensure effective communication. They may individually manage a project, or work with other project managers depending on the scale of the project and its complexities. They are responsible for planning, staying on material and labour allowance for each project and overseeing progress. Due to their level of responsibility, they are always on-call incase something on the project goes wrong at any point.

Taper / Plasterer

Tapers / finishers are specialized workers in the construction industry who install corners, apply mud and sand walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Carpenter

Drywall and Ceiling Tile Installers are specialized workers in the construction industry who build, install, apply or attach interior wallboards or wall coverings and ceiling boards in residential and commercial buildings. While most of the work is meant for functionality, such as fireproofing and acoustic damping, some are intended purely for decorative purposes.

Framer

Framers are specialized workers in the construction industry who assemble steel stud components.

General Labourer

Labourers are specialized workers in the construction industry who prepare sites by cleaning them, loading or unloading materials and removing hazards. Labourers may also run some types of equipment or put together and take apart scaffolding and other temporary structures. They are essential to highway construction, building, and environmental remediation.
